So, I finally got to see this Japanese piece-of-shit movie. And what a movie it was! Nothing made sense, it was super violent with horrible special effects, and the plot was confusing as fuck.
It had bleeding buildings, machine gun boobs, shurikens being fired out of asses, etc. etc.
I don’t even know what to say. I was fucking weird. Best worst movie ever, and I love it.

Holy shit. Found this RoboGeisha DVD today, was close to buying it.
But.. I think I’ll wait for it to become cheaper. (100 DKK = $17)

I saw The Woman in Black some minutes ago. And well, it was pretty awesome! But one thing it wasn’t: scary. I love horror movies, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a scary movie before.
Games like Amnesia: The Dark Descent are scary as shit, but that’s more because of the atmosphere I think, and not the cheap jump scares. Jump scares are shocking, not scary. I also think it’s about being in control or not being in control. In a game the monsters are after you, in a movie they’re not.
This movie had a ton of (pretty effective) jump scares and a (very) creepy atmosphere, but alas it wasn’t scary. It was shocking.
TL;DR: Shockingly awesome movie.
